加倉井秋をは、1909年生まれの茨城県出身の俳人であり建築家。1970年より武蔵大学の教授を務めた。この句は万葉集の語句を使って作られている。この句碑は、俳句の「いさにわ」という言葉にちなみ、1986年に伊佐爾波神社に建てられた。

Akio Kakurai was a haiku poet and an architect who was born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1909. He served as a Professor of Musashi University from 1970. This haiku poem was composed with using the words and phrases from Manyoshu (the oldest anthology of tanka). This haiku stone monument was built in Isaniwa Shrine in 1986, which refers to the word “Isaniwa” in this haiku.
